A coarse grind and full immersion complete the range.

The winner of each method receives a Baratza Encore ESP Pro. No competitor can win twice, so four different people will leave with a grinder.

What is the Home Barista Show competition?
It is HBS’s first prize competition: eight home brewers complete four coffee challenges using the Baratza Encore ESP Pro.
When is the competition?
Saturday, 26 September 2026.
Where is it taking place?
At the Brewing Gadgets Experience Lab in Dubai.
Which brewing methods are included?
Espresso, AeroPress, V60 and French press.
Who is judging?
UAE multi-title coffee champion Mariam Erin Pinza will host and judge the competition.
What can competitors win?
One Baratza Encore ESP Pro is awarded in each method. A competitor may win only one category.
